the day was bleak but it had stoped raining for us to visit the farmers market and do a report for the nook the market has farm fresh fruit vegtables herbs pickles jams olives honey wine free range lamb pork rabbit eggs tomatoes all at the old cheese factory at 34 homestead road berwick  hope farm bread makes sourdough bread  south gippsland @ prom country has farm fresh rabbit they now serve some very fine dineing restaurants in the city with there rabbit  alloway buffalo served us buffalo sasauges and cheese and also got to taste the shaw river cheese and will visit shaw river next time we are down that way  walkabout apiaries home grown honey off all flavours     mountian river berries has great jams berrys chutneys   kouark vineyards we will add this liitle winery too our list as it has the kookaburra label   jammad fun name and old fashion products chutneys and pickles   bridge farm organics rhubarb chutney is famous here  miris gourmet chilli sauce bit hot for me  kartanji park special lamb and smoked lamb and sausages to die for heather robbins famous apple worcestershire sauce  one for a great t.bone steak   cottage green house sun ripe tomatoes as a great tomatoe eater i brought a bag and they taste like real tomatoes  red hills cheese come from mornington and  have a great feta  allawoona dairy have a great range off gourmet cheese  and i would recomend there cheese  stockmans winery has a great label and the package is very good and it would suit a great gift to some one special  summer snow a big range off apple juice the pink lady was my thirst desire  glen eyrie free range pork   folks the market is open from 8-00-12-30 so  pop down you will find some thing to take home to your family we had a ball and now we will do a film show there with the convicts over the fence t.v. special on healthy living and food next market march 24 we do hope you like our report support the market mate until next time  big fella tours   we are off to the packpackers expo this afternoon
