the convicts cook up a storm
Published 1 year, 6 months ago in Eat & Drink.we had a b.b.q. section for our film playing in our back yard down at san remo jetty at the rodunda barbaque site we cooked up a whole snapper we stuffed the snapper with bread crumbs with mushrooms onion capsium and to make the bread a little moist we added green ginger wine on the body of the snapper we put some slits into those slits we placed bacon sprinkeled oregano/herbs over the top and wraped him in foil on to the b.b.q. we made a salad with local cheese little tatters rolled in herbs garlic bread and a couple bottles of chardonay when the fish was all most down we open up the foil and put a little garlic butter on top so it would melt on finishing cooking we served it up as the day was a little cold all we could see was busy people enjoying the cook up till next time we plan to hold a cook up golden roast day next allso our tours are at a trickle due to the cold winter but we will keep filming so look out for us for we get people involved with our film days ask the shadow and john all ready famous on our film day at the winery/port wine reblion
