Published 1 year ago in Eat & Drink.take a piece of pork roast sit it on the bench rub salt into the skin real well then sprinkle salt on the meat as well (the secret ) pork needs a hot oven to start the crackle so here i place my oven on 280 deg and put it in crackle up meat on the bottom of a baking dish with a little olive oil after 15 min check to see if the crackle is brown and crispy it should so then turn down the oven to 180 and cook for a hour per kilo the salt on the meat allso gives a crackle as well have with salad or roast vegs if you are doining vegs put in a dish drizzle olive oil over them then sprinkle herbs over the top mix by hand then put in with the pork (secret sauce) take one cup of white vinegar add crushed garlic ginger and mix well add chilli op add soy sauce drops till the vinegar geos cloudy add i teaspoon of brown sugar stir well until it mixes cut hot roast meat then dip in sauce yum yum enjoy our first cooking show for the convicts over the fence reciepts free of charge stuck for a meal drop me a line and we will send you a simple home cooked reciept for your family seee you all soon big fella convict
