    ” Dont fail a whale’ !!!

Good on you big fella. even if it saves one whale, we have to speak up. Whats that little story about the guy tossing back all the oysters ?? was it
they got washed up on the beach and he was berated by a friend for doing so, saying that he couldn’t possibly make a difference, and with that, the guy picked up one and threw it back and said…….it made a difference to that one !!!

What really concerns me is the realisation that half the world wants whale meat to eat and the other half swim with them joyously. The whale will not be able to discriminate about which company it chooses as it sees a human being.

People who activate about various issues already have their hands full, but with whales I leave it to GreenPeace because they have the methods to bring it to the public’s attention.

The Japanese people as a people just don’t hold the same values as Australians (and many others)…..I feel badly about people who eat quail, six lives lost at a meal….My reasoning is that a large bull is one life and feeds many. Perhaps Japanese people see our values as hypocritical…….I am a hypocrite because I enjoy lamb, beef and pork and those animals too have a right to live free of an orchestrated death to feed me. I try to be vegetarian but basically I do love my meat. Japanese prefer whale meat.

    Good luck with the cause.
